St George's Day is the most meaningful historical and cultural day of celebration for the English nation.

St George's Day should be a national public holiday in England, but for reasons of political correctness this has always been denied.

Enough is enough! We are English and proud and we are sick of being denied our day of English pride, so we have launched a petition to demand that St George's Day be made a public holiday!

How can this important day not already be a public holiday? British folk are being discriminated against as there is so much hype and respect for Eid and other religious holidays yet the country they all immigrated to forgets it’s own English people which makes me feel so upset and confused. Our grandfathers fought for this country and we lost so much, for what? To be forgotten and be treated like strangers in our own country!

St George’s day should be a bank holiday. He’s our Patrion Saint & therefore should be treated that way. I’m proud of my heritage & always will be & it’s time this government got a backbone & stopped pouting down to those against us OCS
