St George's Day is the most meaningful historical and cultural day of celebration for the English nation.

St George's Day should be a national public holiday in England, but for reasons of political correctness this has always been denied.

Enough is enough! We are English and proud and we are sick of being denied our day of English pride, so we have launched a petition to demand that St George's Day be made a public holiday!

St. George is even more appropriate as our representative now that we have thrown off the shackles of the EU and seek to trade with the world on our own terms. His day should replace the insipid sounding “Early May Bank Holiday” which was introduced during Harold Wilson’s Labour Government in celebration of the success of the Communist Revolution!
